No sooner are we back from the Naturefest than we pack up again for a long trek north to the Lake District for the Bushcraft Show.
The first two days of the Naturefest were incredibly windy, but our new style Parazebo stood up to the wind very well. Just as well because I was sleeping inside it!
As the wind died down and the sun came out, so did the visitors and we had a constant stream of people interested in our Natural History exhibits which is growing almost daily.
We took folk out into the small woods and identified the many tracks, signs insects and other species that most people miss when out for a walk in the woods.
The forecast for the Bushcraft Show is good – so hopefully there will be a few people visiting the stand and taking an interest in our own unique aspect on tracking and bushcraft.
